Laser Cutting: (NEW equipment!)

The Trumpf TC L2530 Plus is a high speed flying optic design that offers maximum productivity and accuracy in a wide range of materials. This machine is a dual shuttle table design, 4’ x 8’ table size, 3200 watt laser. The Plus feature is new and this is the first machine in the Northwest with this option. It is a second Y axis that can increase cutting speeds up to an additional 30% over lasers without this feature.

We can process mild steel up to 3/4”, stainless steel up to 5/8”, and aluminum up to 3/8” thick. This is a fast machine and the cut quality is excellent. We use oxygen and nitrogen as assist gas, but in many lighter gauge mild steel applications we can cut with shop air only. This approach offers a cost savings to our customers and also eliminates the carbon found on the edges of oxygen cut parts.

A variety of gases allow various cutting techniques with assorted materials. Trumpf TC L2530 PLUS is even capapble of cutting with shop air on thinner gauge materials!	Capable of cutting variety types of metal including steel, stainless steel, electro-galvanized, and aluminum. Some material as thick as 3/4"!
