With the extensive use of various jigs and fixtures, consistent production welding is not a problem.	Tolerances for seam welded parts location is +/- .030". SRC can hold tighter tolerances in special situations upon customer request.

100 KVA Resistance Welder for applications of weldnuts and spotwelding aluminum parts.	Cold saws and automatic cut-off saw workcenter for processing bar and tube products.

WELD STUD LOCATION	+/- .015"
SPOT WELDED PARTS LOCATION	+/- .030"
SEAM WELDED PARTS LOCATION	+/- .030"
